| Abstract: | 一場精采成功的演出除了精彩的劇本、專業演員、舞台設計、音效、音樂設計等行政群及幕後的舞台技術執行團隊外，燈光設計在舞台上佔著舉足輕重的腳色，70年代前衛的劇場大師羅伯･威爾森（Robert Wilson）曾說「沒有光就沒有空間」（No Light，there is no space）。更將燈光設計提升高於演員，在此次演出《四川好人》劇中，個人將此演出燈光設計分為前期、中期、後期三種工作時期來做報告敘述。 此報告依據個人本身多年從事劇場燈光設計及實務操作經歷來撰寫，藉由此次演出機會將燈光設計分為，前期準備：熟讀分析劇本，與導演、舞台監督、服裝設計師、舞台設計師、音樂設計師…設計製作群進行技術會議，中期：參與排練、演出場地勘場，確認演出使用燈具型號及數量、燈圖繪製、燈光畫面設計，後期：演出進場裝燈、調燈、做畫面SET CUE、與舞台監督討論CUE點與CUE點時間，燈光技術排練、演出總彩、排練後修CUE、演出、拆台。看似簡易的各期燈光設計流程，其實非常繁雜，而每個工作時期進度與環節皆非常重要必須謹慎用心完成，若前期製作有誤，將延誤下一期的工作內容進度，耽誤團隊時程表，拖累演出品質。因此各期的工作進度必須謹慎完成才能讓演出順利圓滿成功。
