Abstract: | 摘 要 本研究以非同步網路教學為例,探討在此環境中溝通模式、知識分享與知識創造的關係。此外,並加入個人認知型態與網頁設計的構面,來進一步分析探討其對知識分享的影響效果。在溝通模式方面,以網路溝通型態、溝通頻率與溝通雙向化程度進行分析;知識創造的部分則依據知識轉換的模式加以修改而成;個人認知型態採用Jung(1923)所提出的理論為基礎進行研究;網頁設計方面則以網頁內容之親和性、活潑性、互動性與便利性以及該課程之專業(技術)性程度高低進行分析。 透過本研究實證結果顯示,溝通模式與知識分享有顯著的影響關係存在;知識分享與創造也呈現正向顯著影響。此外,具低理性以及高思考認知型態的個人,在溝通模式對知識分享的關係中,分別在溝通雙向化和溝通頻率方面有干擾效果。而在網頁設計方面,則皆沒有干擾效果。但若是課程專業(技術)性較低者,則溝通愈頻繁,知識分享程度愈高。 Abstract This study by taking asynchronous web-base learning system as an example discusses the relationship of communication mode, knowledge sharing and knowledge creating. Besides, the factor of cognitive style and web design are added to analyze the effectiveness for knowledge sharing. In communication mode, we use network communication pattern, communication frequency and two-way communication to analyze this study. In addition, the factor of knowledge creating is modified from knowledge conversion mode, and we use Jung’s theory to analyze cognitive style. In terms of web design, it is analyzed according to the degree of affinity, vigorousness, interaction and convenience of web, and professional degree of the courses. From this study, we find there is relationship between communication mode and knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing and knowledge creating are positively correlated. Moreover, in the relationship of communication mode and knowledge sharing, people who have lower sensation and higher thinking of cognitive style make interference effects in two-way communication and communication frequency respectively. In web design, there is no interference effect to knowledge sharing. When the courses are less professional, however, the more frequent the communication, the more the knowledge sharing. |
