    Abstract: 未來的專案形式在企業設計組織採用全球性開發策略影響下,朝向多重專案的方向演進。本研究旨在探討現今的資訊時代中,設計專案管理在實務上經常呈現多重專案同時進行的情況下,如何對多重設計專案藉由全面審議來使其在進行時得以確保品質。近來先進的情報及資訊技術使網際網路快速成長,結合應用資訊科技,使吾人超越時空的限制,建立虛擬的設計環境,並且達到同步設計協同合作。而網際網路也提供了很大的優點在於產品開發與專案管理中減少時間及成本、結合不同的R&D團隊與即時資訊處理。 設計專案審議的目的為要建議與引導設計策略、改進設計標準、監控設計政策的實行。其審議的類別傾向於作業審查與規範遵循。本研究針對上述提出設計專案審議的架構為,工作群協調、關係連結、流程控制、品質檢查、情報評估、風險預測與授權審核。並以此為基礎,著手建立設計專案的網路審議架構與模擬設計專案程序與審議。 本研究利用Colour Petri Nets來模擬設計專案的進行,並使用倒傳遞神經網路(Backpropagation Neural Network)來模擬審議設計專案時的狀態。探討利用Colour Petri Nets與神經網路對於設計管理者在執行多重設計專案審議活動時的幫助。並以PC為平台,Windows 2000為環境,使用Project、Outlook、Access、Communicator、NetMeeting等軟體以動態網頁的形式結合專案管理、多媒體、資料庫展現「設計專案審議系統」。且邀請國內一家設計公司為樣本測試,模擬全面審議多重設計專案之情況並檢討之。 審議設計專案使設計專案得以順暢而提高設計品質,最終的目的乃要獲得利潤。期望在未來以設計審議的觀點來介入客戶關係管理,討論設計過程中客戶關係的價值、設計審議與價值鏈的關聯性,並且建立設計審議矩陣的理論與架構。
    Recently, the types of project move forwards to “multiple projects” since the influence caused by global product development strategy. This thesis attempts to discuss the concurrent progress of multiple projects and proposes a total design audit approach for quality assurance. Rapid development of advanced information technology and Internet applications enhance the performance of design projects through this cooperative and collaborative environment. Product development and project management then can be processed near real time through Internet in which the total costs of R&D would be largely reduced. The goal of design project audit is to advise and guide design strategy, ensure design criteria, and monitor the implantation of design policy. Classification of design project audit in this thesis tends to operation audit and compliance audit. To reflect this scope, this thesis addresses the framework of design project audit, including the followings: work group coordination, relation connection, process monitoring, quality inspection, information evaluation, risk forecast and empowerment consideration. At the same time, an internet-based approach of product design management for auditing multiple design projects, and simulating design project procedures is presented. This thesis use Colour Petri Nets (CPN) for the simulation of design project procedure, and applies Backpropagation Neural Network (BPN) for evaluating the condition of auditing design project. These two methodologies are used to assist in executing the audit actives of multiple design projects. An Internet platform based on PC, Windows 2000, Project, Outlook, Access, Communicator, and NetMeeting is implemented to combine project management through multimedia representation. A local design studio is selected as the sample that provides training data to examine the performance of the proposed design project audit structure. Design project audit enable smooth design project progress and enhance design quality to obtain benefit for the enterprise. In the future, the customer relationship management (CRM) will be integrated with the design project audit structure to further discuss the value of CRM within design process, the relationship between design audit and its value chain, and the robust framework of design audit.
