| Abstract: | 隨著全球醫藥技術發達，因此各國的人口死亡率均大為降低，人們的壽命得以延長，使得高齡人口急遽增加。在台灣雖大多數的高齡者與家人同住，但由於家人多需長時間外出工作，高齡者白天仍處於獨處的情況。高齡者受到老化與慢性疾病的影響，造成個人生活上的困擾，若患有猝發性疾病之高齡者，又獨自一人在家是有危險的。可知高齡者居家安全、照顧、溝通是非常重要的。本研究之老人緊急救援系統是台中市政府與社團法人社會關懷服務協會一起合作之緊急救援社會服務，該系統之正式全名為「老人緊急救援生命守護連線服務」，於民國九十三年開辦，主要對象為年滿六十五歲、患有猝發性疾病、失能之獨居長者；主要服務內容為意外事件及緊急醫療事件處理、不活動警訊偵測、救護交通工具通報派遣、定時護理居家訪視與電話問候。本研究經由問卷及訪談方式調查緊急救援系統之使用者意識，其調查結果為，高齡者認為安裝緊急救援系統在日常生活上是有幫助的，也認為能順利操作呼叫器。呼叫器攜帶情形部分，受訪者大多不喜歡攜帶呼叫器，有半數受訪者在入浴才攜帶呼叫器，有半數以上受訪者是身體不適時才攜帶呼叫器，在沒有攜帶呼叫器時多放置在床邊。因調查對象多為未受教育，在辨識文字上可能會有其困難性，所以應多以圖示方式傳達。呼叫器無法延伸至戶外使用是高齡者不想使用緊急救援系統的主要原因。增加影音視訊及夜間發光的功能，都深受高齡者的喜愛。透過調查結果討論，提出對於緊急救援系統之建議，就呼叫器部份，建議呼叫器大小應為（37.5mm×47.5mm×12mm）至（37.5mm×47.5mm×8mm）範圍內，按鈕的大小應為12mm± 2mm，按鈕的樣式應為薄膜或內凹式按鈕。未來展望課題部分，本研究建議系統能朝網路、通訊生活化的方向，將現有的網路、通訊技術和日常生活做結合，發展出適合高齡者或各年齡層都能方便在日常生活上使用的緊急救援系統。除此之外該系統也可與社區老人照顧結合，藉由社區民間互助的力量，達到對高齡者緊急救護、照顧的目的，也可減少政府對高齡者照顧的各項經費，更可使社區民眾有為社區服務之機會，這將是本研究最重要的後續課題。
The death rate of every county is reduced because of the upgrading of medical technology; therefore, extension of people’s life makes the elders’ population rising up enormously. In Taiwan, most elders live together with their family; however, the elders stay along themselves frequently due to their family have to work outside long time in one day. Suffering by degrading on physiology and chronic diseases makes the elders inconvenient on daily life activities. Moreover, risks come with them if they are with sudden diseases. Therefore, to keep the home safety, care and communication with the elders will be an important topic. This research mention how to build a community Emergency Elders Rescue Service, which cooperates by Taichung city government and the Associate of Care and Service, named this system as the Emergency Rescue & First Aid Online for the Elders. This system is built for the isolated elders with sudden diseases or disable on physiology, which age up to 65. Main service content includes emergency accidents, emergency medical accident rescue, none actions warning and detection, emergency transportation conducting, scheduled in-house medical interview, and telephone contacting. This research uses questionnaires to inquire users’ consciousness in emergency rescue service system. The result points out the elders regard installing the emergency rescue service system are helpful for their daily life, and also agree they can use the bleeper easily. As for the usage of the bleeper, most elders do not like to take it on their side; half of the interviewees take the bleeper in shower, more than half of the interviewees taking the bleeper when feel uncomfortable on physical, which they put the bleeper at bedside when not taking it. Instead of text interface, graphical user interface is being suggested to using to show usages of the bleeper due to most of the interviewees are uneducated. The bleeper can not apply on the outdoor affects the elders’ willingness; the elders also like to add multimedia display and night lighting function on the bleeper. Through the result of questionnaires and interviews, the study promotes suggestions for the emergency rescue system. As for dimensions of the bleeper, proposed shell size of overall dimension should fall in 37.5mmX 27.5mmX 12mm to 37.5mmX 47.5mmX 8mm, and the button dimension falls on 12mm± 2mm, and apply membrane or concave inside button.For further part for this research, the study suggests to develop this system in internet and life communication direction, which combines with current internet, communication technology, and daily life activities. Therefore, the emergency rescue system will be developed for the elders and all age level users. Besides, combine this system with the elders in community, and also with helps form community care, it will help to reach goal for emergency rescue and care for the elders, and reduce fees from government. Moreover, citizens have chances to help community care; those topics will be further theme for this research. |
