    Abstract: 臺中市國小英語教師知識管理與創意教學自我效能感之相關研究摘要本研究旨在探討臺中市國小英語教師知識管理及創意教學自我效能感的知覺現況,並分析國小英語教師知識管理與創意教學自我效能感之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法進行研究,採分層隨機取樣,共發出341份問卷,回收問卷329份,回收率為96.48%,有效問卷305份,有效問卷回收率為92.71%。調查結果以敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析等方式進行資料分析。本研究獲得結論如下:一、臺中市國小英語教師對知識管理之知覺現況屬高程度表現。二、臺中市國小英語教師對創意教學自我效能感之知覺現況屬高程度表現。三、臺中市國小英語教師在背景變項中,包含不同性別、年齡、教育程度、現任職務、學校規模及每週電腦使用時數,在知識管理的知覺程度上達顯著差異。四、臺中市國小英語教師在背景變項中,包含不同性別、年齡、教育程度、現任職務、學校規模及每週電腦使用時數,在創意教學自我效能感的知覺程度上達顯著差異。五、臺中市國小英語教師知識管理的知覺程度,與創意教學自我效能感具有顯著正相關。六、臺中市國小英語教師知識管理的知覺程度,對創意教學自我效能感具有顯著預測力  最後根據研究結果提出建議,供教育相關單位、國小英語教師及未來研究者參考。關鍵詞:英語教師、知識管理、創意教學自我效能感
    Abstract This study intended to inquire the perception of knowledge management and self-efficacy of creative teaching of elementary school English teachers in Taichung City, then to analyze the correlations between knowledge management and self-efficacy of creative teaching. The study adopted questionnaire survey research with stratified random sampling. This study sampled 341 elementary school English teachers, 329 questionnaires were collected, the overall response rate is 96.48%. 305 valid questionnaires were collected, the effective response rate is 92.71%. Data were analyzed with the statistical methods including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of the study were as follows:1. The elementary school English teachers in Taichung City possessed a high degree perception of knowledge management.2. The elementary school English teachers in Taichung City possessed a high degree perception of self-efficacy of creative teaching.3. There were significant differences in the perception of knowledge management with the different background variances of the elementary school English teachers in Taichung City, such as gender, age, educational level, position, school size, and the hours of using computers per week.4. There were significant differences in the perception of self-efficacy of creative teaching with the different background variances of the elementary school English teachers in Taichung City, such as gender, age, educational level, position, school size, and the hours of using computers per week.5. There were significant positive correlations in the perception degrees between knowledge management and self-efficacy of creative teaching of the elementary school English teachers in Taichung City.6. There were significant predictabilities to the self-efficacy of creative teaching by the perception degrees of knowledge management of the elementary school English teachers in Taichung City.According to the conclusions, this study may provide some suggestions for educational authorities, English teachers and the future researchers.Keywords: English teachers, knowledge management, self-efficacy of creative teaching
