Introduction:
農學院成立於71學年，目前有畜產與生物科技學系（所）、食品科學系（所）、餐旅管理學系（所）。師資陣容均延攬自國內外專家學者，教職員人數約45人，學生人數約1200人。
各系所具特色，且與民生議題習習相關，如何整合各系所專長，並針對建構休閒農漁牧教育、確保飲食與衛生安全、研發保健食品、強化居住環境品質、餐旅服務技能及休閒遊憩管理、生物科技技術帶給生活上之應用等教育議題，建立優質民生科學為本院重要特色與重點。
